Vice Chancellor Glover is the chief university relations and advancement officer for IU Southeast. He develops policies and procedures and establishes long-range plans to direct the campus' philanthropic, alumni, government and economic relations, corporate and business partnerships, marketing and communications, corporate and foundations grants, and community engagement efforts.
